Who we are & what we do

Who we are
We are the inkjet ink research and development department of Agfa Graphics, located in the headquarters of Agfa Graphics in Mortsel, Belgium.
We are a multi-disciplinary group of scientists and engineers with skills in ink design, ink formulation, ink production and ink quality control. Furthermore, we know how to design inkjet inks in order to fit into the printing system.

What we do
We design inkjet inks from A to Z (from scratch to final product), we produce them and integrate these inks into inkjet printing systems (including the Agfa Graphics systems). We integrate these inkjet inks in the system such that ink - printhead interaction, ink - substrate interaction and all other application related interactions are optimized. Our approach allows the system integrator to realize the best quality balance for the complete inkjet printing system.
