In view of a number of upcoming meetings with investors in the second half of February and in the course of March, Agfa-Gevaert will announce preliminary,non-audited results for the fourth quarter of 2009, after the Board Meeting ofFebruary 9, 2010, at5.30 p.m.

Complete and fully audited results will be announced as scheduled onMarch 31, 2010.
